Sony Electronics Inc. Launches ELF-SR2 to Expand Its Spatial Reality Display Portfolio

Sony recently launched the ELF-SR2. ELF-SR2 is a bigger 4K option, measuring 27 inches. It offers 3D content that does not require VR headsets or special glasses. This new product also features a blazing vision sensor, technologies for enhancing images, and versatile installation options.

According to Rich Ventura, the Professional Display Solutions Sony Electronics VP, customers have been asking for a bigger size of their original Spatial Reality Display. The new version features a larger screen.

ELF-SR2 display’s exceptional visual quality has its great field & detailed resolutions. The new gen fast vision sensors incorporated into the ELF-SR2 allow for speedy processing and low latency. This reduces crosstalk and motion blur. Moreover, the 10-bit processor enables the color gamut to cover Adobe RGB 100%, providing precise color reproduction.

It comes with a high-resolution engine is another standout feature allowing upscaling to 4K. Also, this new model has color correction capability. This helps improve patterns, lines, and the handling of fine details.
