The Decentraland-based community has three separate model homes.

They can design their own home by choosing the flooring, cabinets, countertops, faucets, and tiles. They can also change the lighting while seeing the model homes.

It is intended to appeal to the next generation of homebuyers.

The Metaverse Group, a division of Tokens.com, and KB Home collaborated to design and construct the Decentraland district.

Due to the platform’s wide accessibility and usability, the company decided to host its virtual community there.
