Caregility, an XR telehealth enterprise, announced the successful implementation of its Caregility Cloud solution at Seha Virtual Hospital. The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Health operates the Seha virtual hospital. The virtual hospital provides more than 30 clinical services across 130 hospitals nationwide.

These services include emergency care, critical advice, multidisciplinary committees, specialty clinics, home care, and medical support. Caregility’s XR telehealth ICU supports around 5,000 remote sessions in 17 hospitals across the kingdom.

Increasing Demand for XR Telehealth Solutions

Amid a growing trend of medical facilities adopting virtual care solutions, Caregility announces its successful implementation at Seha Virtual Hospital. The move aims to improve patient turnaround times and outcomes while reducing in-house staff pressure.

Caregility’s VP of International Business Development, Bob Zimmermann, made an interesting comment. He mentioned that the shift to virtual care is crucial for healthcare organizations facing staff shortages and sudden patient spikes. By using virtual solutions, healthcare professionals can reach a larger patient demographic.

Similarly, Caregility’s Chief Product and Innovation Officer, Bin Guan, highlights the flexibility, security, and scalability of the firm’s Cloud platform. He emphasized that Caregility’s platform can meet strict security requirements globally by deploying on leading public and private infrastructure. These infrastructures include Oracle Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.

Caregility Participates in Informa’s Arab Health Conference 2023

The news hits as Caregility, the New Jersey and Eatontown-based firm, expands its operations to the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). To kick off its expansion, the company is participating in the 2023 Arab Health Conference in Dubai, UAE. The conference is scheduled to be held from January 30th to February 2nd.

Informa Markets sponsored the Arab Health Conference, which attracted more than 50,000 attendees from 184 countries last year. This year’s event unites policymakers, healthcare platforms, experts, and analysts to shape the industry’s future.
Wendy Deibert, Caregility’s SVP of Clinical Solutions, and Bryan Schnepf, VP of Marketing, led a session on enterprise and XR telehealth solutions at the conference.

Amid an increase in demand for nursing and patient engagement solutions, Caregility is expanding globally to Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
